chore: Remove template and example files

Removes unused template and example files from the n8n custom node package:
- credentials/ExampleCredentialsApi.credentials.ts
- credentials/HttpBinApi.credentials.ts
- nodes/ExampleNode/ (directory)
- nodes/HttpBin/ (directory)
- README_TEMPLATE.md

Updates `package.json` to remove references to these deleted files
in the `n8n.credentials` and `n8n.nodes` sections.
